In an effort to create sustainable communities that better fit our present-day lifestyles, Wonderland Hill works with residents to design and develop a housing option that redefines the concept of “neighborhood”. Mixed uses and community-based design contribute to produce vibrant neighborhoods where cohousing not only belongs, but plays an important role.
With a focus on Green Building and resource conservation, we are working on infill sites in urban settings such as Silver Sage Village in the new Holiday Neighborhood in Boulder, CO. Our projects meet and many times exceed Colorado E-Star and Built Green Colorado program criteria.
