In addition, Wonderland and Wolff-Lyon Architects intend to implement a community based marketing approach that facilitates the involvement of future residents and commercial tenants in creating a vibrant and sustainable mixed-use community. This project is a part of the Martinez Park Planned-Unit Development that includes the river Rock Cohousing community.
